Wolfpack and Visual C++

To compile Wolfpack under MS Visual C++ your compiler must be version 6.0 or above. Wolfpack will not compile under MS Visual C++ 5.0 by itself as it lacks STL. It might be possible to use MS Visual C++ 5.0 installing SGI's STL files, but he haven't heard of any attempts^3.1.
